Mark & Bobbie Silbernagel

Mark Silbernagel is an Elder and a Finance Committee member at City Harvest Church in Vancouver, WA.  Mark received a B.S. degree from the Oregon lnstitute of Technology in Computer Systems Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Engineering.  Mark is Vice President and partner of RBA lntemational, an international software development and systems integration company located in Vancouver, WA.  He is a teacher in the City Harvest Church School of Ministry, leads the Cleansing Streams and Encounter God seminars and is a House Church Pastor.  Mark and his wife Bobbie live in Battle Ground and have four children.
