Dave Minor is an Elder and the Treasurer at City Harvest Church in Vancouver, WA. Pastor Dave prepared for ministry at Eastern Pentecostal College Ontario, and began ministry in 1956. He has served as a pastor for over 39 years. He founded a Christian school and a Christian radio station in Longview, WA where he also established a large chaplaincy for the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s department. 

Dave serves on the Apostolic Leadership Team of Minister’s Fellowship International. Along with functioning as an Elder at CHC and treasurer, he provides pastoral counseling and is one of the Zone Pastors.  Pastor Dave and his wife Sandy live in Vancouver and have five adult children.
