Phil Harris is an associate pastor and elder at City Harvest Church.
Phil Harris is an Associate Pastor and Elder at City Harvest Church in Vancouver, WA. Pastor Phil graduated from Portland Bible College in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology. Pastor Phil was a construction contractor in the Vancouver area from 1993 through early 2001. He joined the staff of City Harvest Church in February of 2001. He is a teacher in the CHC School of Ministry and is a Zone Pastor.  Pastor Phil and his wife Shanda live in Vancouver with their six young children.
