Bob and Margie's preparation for ministry includes Bible college and seminary where he earned several associate degrees and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. Bob served on staff in his home church between completing Bible School and his seminary trainng. They planted an Interdependent Charismatic church in Clark County where he served as Senior Pastor for twelve years. Bob has served the body of Christ as youth pastor, elder, pastor, teacher and worship leader for over 30 years. 

In May of 2000, God added Bob and Margie to City Harvest and Bob began teaching a chronological Bible study. He has oversight over the Bethel Bible curriculum training and implementation and they are serving in a variety of areas including the Cell Ministry oversight and training.

Bob was added as an Associate Pastor/Teacher in August of 2004.  He serves as a Zone Pastor in the CHC House Church network.  He trains Bible teachers in the Bethel Bible curriculum and is a teacher in the CHC School Of Ministry.
