Our mission statement at City Harvest Church is “Helping People Find Their Destiny In Christ”.  We believe that God has saved us through the death of His son, not just to forgive us of our sins but to set us on a path of ministry to make Him known to other people.  This doesn’t happen by us doing our own thing but by partnering with other believers in the local church.  It is only though the local church that we find our ministry and our destiny.

    No two local churches are the same.  God has variety in His church just like He has established variety in nature.  Each church is distinct.  We believe God has given us nine mandates here at CHC:

1.    To be a Word-centered church declaring “The Whole Counsel of God”.
2.    To be a dwelling place for God’s presence and power.
3.    To be a “House of Prayer”.
4.    To be God’s hands to bring restoration to the broken and the poor.
5.    To be an organic driven church by emphasizing the need of every member to be a part of a House Church community.
6.    To raise up an army of ordinary leaders doing extraordinary things for God.
7.    To plant churches in cities and nations around the world.
8.    To be servants to the Pastors and community leaders of Clark County by serving them in their needs.
9.    To transfer this vision to the next generation by building strong families and effectively discipling the youth of the church.
